Account and sign-in support
Accounts may use Google sign-in or a login ID and password. State which route you used and the email or relay address only when necessary to locate the account. Credits, fair use, payments and refunds
For missing credits, duplicate charges, cancellation or refund issues, provide the order/transaction reference, amount, currency and dateβbut not full card details. Advertising
Advertising never unlocks or locks a reading, so an ad problem cannot block your access. If display advertising is switched on and you see an inappropriate or broken ad, report it with the page, the approximate time and what you saw, without sending advertising identifiers we did not ask for.
Response and escalation
We acknowledge requests within a reasonable period and respond within any deadline required by applicable law. Complex or identity-sensitive requests may take longer with notice. Urgent security issues should be labelled βSecurity.β Advertising, payment and privacy complaints may also be directed to the relevant provider, consumer authority or data-protection authority.
Unsettled launch information
